E-RYT 200, has been
teaching yoga for over
10 years. She created
Color
Me Yoga™ for
Children during
that time. Since then
it
has evolved into a
training for yoga teachers,
teachers, occupational
therapists, nursery
school teachers and
anyone wanting to bring
the gift of yoga to
children. Currently
there are over 300
graduates of her program
which includes Level
I Basics, Level II
Advanced and Level
III facilitator training.
She has authored two
children’s books-The
Tiniest Acorn, and
the Color
Me Yoga(TM) for Children
coloring
book and
numerous articles on
yoga .
At present
she also works as a
Body-Centered Expressive
Therapist, Master Reiki
practitioner, Healing
the Light Body practitioner,
Chakra Yoga Teacher
Trainer ,creator of
Spirit Dancing , Body
Speaking – a
workshop in movement
and creative self expression
and she is the creator
of Eashoa Yoga®-
A Christ-Inspired Yoga
Teacher Training. She
has also produced a
number of yoga DVD and
CD sets, including
Endless Possibilities
Yoga 30 minute basic
yoga DVD, Chakra Flow
CD, Eashoa® Yoga,
an 8 CD set and Dancing
Yogi- a yoga based
dance CD. Her newest
venture is a book to
support women embrace
the full spectrum of
their grace and light
called You are the
Beauty You Seek™.
